Extra bed is USD 40.00 net/bed/night inclusive breakfast.

Third person will be automatically be charged even when no extra bed is requested.

HIGH / PEAK SEASON :

High season from 15^th July - 15^th of September or Peak season from 20^th of December - 5^th January is subject  to 20% surcharge for Room Rate and Honeymoon Package.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children under 5 years old and sharing parent's room are free or charge or USD 20 when an extra bed is requested.
• Breakfast for children:
• Under 5 years old is free
• Age 6 to 12 years old is 50% of breakfast rate.

CANCELLATION

• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival for Low Season
• Cancellation during High or Peak Season must be made at least 7 days before arrival. 50% of this entire stay will be chargeable for cancellation or not showing made less than 7 days.
